Check-in / Check-out

• IT: Check-in dalle ore 15:00 (o come concordato in anticipo). Check-out entro le ore 10:00. Si prega di comunicare in anticipo l’orario di arrivo e partenza.
• EN: Check-in from 3:00 PM (or as agreed in advance). Check-out by 10:00 AM. Please inform us in advance of your arrival and departure times.

Divieti / Restrictions

• IT: Vietato fumare all’interno dell’appartamento. Animali non ammessi, salvo accordi specifici. Vietato organizzare feste o eventi.
• EN: No smoking inside the apartment. No pets allowed, unless otherwise agreed. No parties or events are permitted.

Comportamento / Behavior

• IT: Rispettare il silenzio tra le ore 22:00 e 8:00. Mantenere un comportamento rispettoso verso i vicini. Non spostare mobili o arredi senza autorizzazione.
• EN: Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Be considerate of the neighbors. Do not move furniture or decorations without permission.

Pulizia e manutenzione / Cleaning and Maintenance

• IT: Lasciare l’appartamento in ordine e pulito. Gettare i rifiuti negli appositi contenitori e seguire la raccolta differenziata. In caso di danni o guasti, avvisare immediatamente il proprietario.
• EN: Leave the apartment tidy and clean. Dispose of garbage properly and follow recycling rules. In case of damage or malfunction, notify the host immediately.

Sicurezza / Safety

• IT: Non lasciare apparecchi elettrici o fornelli accesi quando non si è in casa. Conoscere la posizione di estintore, rilevatori di fumo e uscite di emergenza. Chiudere sempre porte e finestre quando si esce.
• EN: Do not leave electrical appliances or stovetops on when you are not in the apartment. Be aware of the location of the fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, and emergency exits. Always lock doors and windows when leaving.

Wi-Fi

• IT: Il Wi-Fi è incluso; è vietato scaricare o condividere contenuti illegali.
• EN: Wi-Fi is included; please do not download or share illegal content.

Altro / Other

• IT: Tutti gli ospiti devono essere registrati come previsto dalla legge. Qualsiasi comportamento contrario alle regole o dannoso per la proprietà comporterà l’interruzione immediata del soggiorno.
• EN: All guests must be registered as required by law. Any behavior that damages the property or violates these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay.
